PAYMENTS

We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and, depending on your location, services like Apple Pay and Mercado Pago.

Your payment is processed once your order is confirmed.

If your order is cancelled or returned, we'll process your refund according to our Returns Policy.

There could be a few reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect card details, bank restrictions, or your bank declining the transaction.

If everything looks correct, we recommend contacting your bank or trying another payment method.

We currently accept one payment method per order. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

Yes.

All prices include applicable taxes. If any additional customs or import fees apply to international orders, they'll be shown before your purchase is completed.

After placing your order, simply email us at shop@selfsupply.mxwith your order number and tax information, and we'll prepare your invoice.

SHIPMENTS

We currently ship throughout Mexico.

If you're interested in international shipping, send us a message at shop@selfsupply.mx. We'll do our best to make it happen.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they're shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

Once your order is on its way,we'll send you a message with your tracking guide and tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Yes — as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address, and we'll do our best to update it.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

From time to time, we also offer free shipping on selected orders or special promotions.

Yes.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking guide with your tracking number and all the information you need to monitor your delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes.

You can request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the same condition they arrived.

Because many of our pieces are limited, one-of-one, or produced in small quantities, we can't always guarantee exchanges.

If your size is still available, we'll gladly help. Otherwise, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.

  • Your order number
  • The item you'd like to return
  • The reason for the return

We'll guide you through the next steps.

Unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We'll always let you know the process before moving forward.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
